Jim is a founding Director of Agile Talent and proudly partners with some of the globes most iconic technology brands sourcing top executives for their teams. His search work focuses on regional leadership teams, including CXO, Vice Presidents, Managing Directors and a full range of functional roles.   In recent times, Jim has become the recruiter of choice for emerging technologies, niche requirements and also helping global brands build a presence in APAC.  Many of his clients consider him an extension of their business.

Kim is a founding Director of Agile Talent. Prior to her career in executive search she worked for 15 years selling and implementing enterprise software which gives her great insights into the roles she fills.  She’s passionate about marketing her client’s brands to attract high calibre talent to their organisation and thrives on creating high performing teams across APAC for tier-one consulting firms such as Accenture, 'tech unicorns' such as Anaplan, and rapidly growing disruptive vendors. Kim holds a BA (Hons) in Business Information Technology.
